Why did I choose to open a Direct Primary Care practice?
I came from the traditional healthcare system. I prefer to practice patient-centered care unencumbered by red-tape and federal insurance regulation.

I am inspired to give effective basic care & create long-lasting doctor–patient relationships. I help my patients improve their lives by improving their health. Direct Primary Care allows me to practice medicine the way it should be. I help my patients stay healthy by concentrating on preventive medicine.
When I am not in the office, I enjoy getting outside with my family. We take part in activities that include biking, camping, & hiking. I am a Scout Master for Troop 448 in Salisbury.

Dr. Prachee Jain sees patients in-person from Monday through Thursday, 9a to 5p and Friday, 9a to Noon.
