Frequently Asked Questions
- Do I still need Insurance? In a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice, the physicians are qualified to handle most of your health care needs. They do recommend that you carry insurance in case of catastrophic illness or accidents.
- Is an Annual Physical included? Your Membership includes your Annual Physical including Basic Blood Work. After you pay the one-time Enrollment Fee of $150, the cost for each visit is the $25 Administration Fee. You will be charged the discounted costs for further labs, etc. Payment is due at the time of service.
- How are Referrals and Imaging managed? We do not bill or accept insurance, we do handle referrals for our patients. We find the most affordable locations for any specialty referrals or imaging you need.
- What areas in North Carolina do you serve? Our patients come to us from Albemarle, Charlotte, China Grove, Concord, Cornelius, Davidson, Faith, Granite Quarry, Harrisburg, Huntersville, Kannapolis, Landis, Locust, Midland, Mooresville, Mount Holly, Mount Pleasant, Rockland, Salisbury, Stanfield, Stanley, Troutman, and more. We have patients that come to us from South Carolina!
