How are we better?
An Annual Physical and Basic Lab Fees are included with your Membership. Office visits typically last 30-45 minutes & Same-Day Visits are available. We emphasize health & wellness.
What’s the cost?
There is a one-time enrollment fee of $150.00. For an adult, the Monthly Membership fee is an affordable $65.00 a month and your Basic Lab Work is included. With Membership you may come as often as you wish, for a standard $25 Administration Fee per visit.
